In 2025, the medical device industry is returning to rational growth and moving toward greater refinement.
As global market demand structures, procurement logic, and collaboration models continue to evolve, customer focus has shifted beyond individual products. Greater attention is now placed on the stability of manufacturing systems, delivery capability, and the long-term value of strategic partnerships.

This year, Vision MedTech brought both products and manufacturing capabilities to three representative medical exhibitions at home and abroad.
From China to Southeast Asia, and onward to Europe, we tested our solutions in real market scenarios, deepened our understanding through direct engagement, and clarified the direction for our next stage of growth.

01.CHINA · SHANGHAI CMEF

In April, Vision MedTech made its appearance at the 91st China International Medical Equipment Fair (CMEF).

As one of the largest and most influential medical industry exhibitions in China, CMEF is not only a platform for product display, but also a comprehensive testing ground for manufacturing systems and execution capabilities.

At the exhibition, we highlighted our medical carts and related supporting solutions, covering structural design, modular configurations, and real clinical application scenarios. Through in-depth discussions with hospitals, distributors, and brand partners, a clear consensus emerged: stable structural design, proven ODM/OEM experience, and a controllable production chain are the key foundations for building long-term partnership confidence.

For Vision MedTech, CMEF represents both the foundation of our manufacturing capabilities and the starting point toward broader global markets.

02.Southeast Asia · Medical Fair Thailand 2025

In Bangkok, Thailand, Vision MedTech engaged in face-to-face discussions with customers from Southeast Asia and neighboring regions.

As healthcare systems across the region remain in an active development phase, customers place greater emphasis on practicality, durability, ease of maintenance, and overall cost structure. Centered on nursing carts, functional module customization, and OEM cooperation models, we conducted in-depth exchanges with multiple partners.

This stop brought us more than business opportunities. It offered valuable insight into regional market differences—manufacturing is not about simple replication, but about delivering solutions truly adapted to specific usage scenarios and resource conditions.

03.Europe · Germany MEDICA 2025

04.Shared insights across three locations

Looking back at 2025, three major exhibitions revealed clear and consistent industry trends:

1. Manufacturing systems matter more than individual products
From design through production, the completeness and stability of a manufacturing system have become a core competitive advantage.

2. ODM collaboration is becoming the mainstream
Customers are no longer seeking simple contract manufacturing, but long-term partners capable of

co-creation and shared development.

3. Stable delivery outweighs price competition
In an increasingly rationalized supply chain environment, reliability itself has become a form of value.
