Further Leap in Strength | Vision Medical Adds Two YIZUMI Injection Molding Machines

In the medical device manufacturing field, stable, controllable, and continuously evolving production capabilities are our most fundamental and unwavering commitment to our customers.

Recently, Vision Medical's manufacturing center officially welcomed two new members – two brand-new YIZUMI injection molding machines:

▪ 160T injection molding machine

▪ 50T injection molding machine

This brings   Vision Medical's total number of injection molding machines from 24 to 26, not only expanding production capacity but also further enhancing its flexible production capabilities across multiple scenarios and batches through optimized tonnage structure.

Injection molding directly impacts the appearance precision, structural strength, and batch consistency of medical device products, serving as the foundation for manufacturing core components such as trolleys, housings, and functional modules.

The newly added 160T and 50T injection molding machines will primarily serve:

● Structural components and functional parts for medium-sized medical trolleys

● Precision housings and customized parts for intelligent devices

● Flexible production needs with multiple specifications and small to medium batch sizes

Through differentiated tonnage configurations, we can achieve a better balance between complexity and efficiency, providing customers with more flexible production solutions.
