At this meeting, we reviewed the past with a clear mind, examined our gains and losses with a calm mindset, and worked together to build consensus on breaking through obstacles and accumulate solid strength for the year-end sprint.

At this conference, we conducted an in-depth "business decoding" focused on third-quarter data, allowing us to gain a clearer understanding of the market's challenges and the direction we face. This shared understanding is the cornerstone of our "United Momentum" initiative—it guides us where to focus resources, which processes require collaborative optimization, and how to forge new paths together. Now that the winds and waves are clear, it's even more crucial that we "unite and move forward together." Let us anchor our shared direction, pool our strength, and sail towards a brighter future.

Quality Report

At this staff meeting, the head of the Quality Center gave a profound exposition on the philosophy of "Get it right the first time, zero defects." She pointed out that the rework and after-sales repairs currently required by quality issues are essentially the price paid for not getting it right the first time. To achieve efficient and dignified work, we must shift from a "firefighting" approach to a "fire prevention" approach.

"Zero defects" is not unrealistic perfectionism, but a determination and commitment to "aim for the ten rings." To this end, she proposed four key practices:

1. Clearly understand what the right standards are;

2. Strictly implement the process and regard SOP as the armor of "getting it right the first time";

3、Take the initiative to improve skills and sense of responsibility;

4、Do a good job of self-inspection, and avoid 3 days of remediation with a 3-second inspection.

Quality is all about prevention, and those who excel at "fire prevention" are the true backbone of an enterprise. At the end of the speech, all colleagues pledged: "Every job, every process, and every piece of information I handle must be done right the first time!"
