MEDICAL FAIR ASIA 2026 was held at Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore from September 9 to 11. Dongguan Vision Technology Co., Ltd. presented its medical carts and monitor support arms at Booth 2S32, meeting customers from Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and other markets. After reviewing our discussions from the three-day event, three practical priorities stood out.

Can You Provide Complete Registration Documentation?

A common first question was: Beyond quality management certifications, what project documentation can you provide? Before a product enters a local market, distributors and brand owners may need to complete supplier audits, product testing, document preparation, and registration submissions. Missing information can delay the entire program. Their real concern is not simply whether a certificate exists, but whether the required project documentation can be provided in full.

What We Learned at the Show

Our conversations in Singapore made one point clear: international customers evaluate suppliers by how reliably a project can move forward. Documentation must support registration requirements, production must stay aligned with delivery schedules, and engineering response must keep pace with product changes.

A medical cart is no longer simply a product on wheels. It must integrate with the customer's equipment, accessories, workflow, and use environment. For export programs, equipment dimensions, mounting methods, power requirements, cable management, packaging, and documentation should be confirmed early in the project.

Project Follow-Up Continues After the Show
